DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All U.S. orders are shipped via US Postal Service First class mail. If you would like an alternate shipping method, extra fees will apply. Please contact us for a quote. For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Whipped Dog is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All International parcels are sent via US Postal Service First class mail. Tracking or delivery confirmation is not guaranteed. We will provide a tracking number showing your package was shipped. On average, shipments outside the US are delivered in two to three weeks. However, shipment times over a month are fairly common. Shipments will be considered lost six weeks after shipment. Once a package is deemed lost, we will reship most orders, one time, for half the original purchase price. Very few international shipments are lost, so problems are not anticipated.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and sent back at your expense. Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account or provide you with an exchange. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item, with exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
